GO Asset Management Pte. Ltd. (the “Company”) is the holder of a Capital Markets Services licence for fund management issued by, and is regulated by, the Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”).

The Company is the manager of GO Capital VCC, a variable capital company incorporated under the Variable Capital Companies Act 2018 of Singapore.

The Company conducts business exclusively with “Institutional Investors” and “Accredited Investors”, each as defined under the Securities and Futures Act 2001 of Singapore (“SFA”).

The Company does not offer, market, or provide any products or services to retail investors or to any person who does not meet the eligibility criteria prescribed under the SFA.

WARNING ON IMPERSONATION AND FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES

The Company has recently become aware of incidents involving unauthorised third parties fraudulently impersonating the Company, its affiliates, directors, officers, or employees through deceptive emails, domain names, websites, invoices, messaging accounts, and other forms of communication (“Impersonation Activities”).

Any person who receives a communication purporting to originate from the Company is solely responsible for independently verifying its authenticity.

To verify that a person is an authorised representaive of the Company, please refer to MAS’ Register of Representatives at: http://eservices.mas.gov.sg/rr.

The Company communicates solely through its authorised domain: http://go-am.com.

Any communication emanating from a variant, misspelt, or look-alike domain should be treated as suspicious.

Any person who receives a communication that appears unusual, inconsistent with prior dealings, or otherwise suspicious should refrain from acting upon it and should immediately contact the Company at admin@go-am.com and notify the relevant law-enforcement authorities.

The Company disclaims all responsibility and liability for any loss, damage, claim, cost, or expense (whether direct, indirect, consequential, special, or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with any Impersonation Activities or any reliance placed on fraudulent or unauthorised communications.
